Some of the applicable restrictions in High Hollows V require

  • Single family residential use only
  • Site built only; Absolutely no mobil or manufactured homes
  • A minimum of 75% of exterior must be of masonry
  • A minimum of 3,000 sq. ft. of ground floor living area (SECTION A)
  • A minimum of 2,700 sq. ft. of ground floor living area for a one story house OR 2,500 sq. ft. of ground floor living area plus at least 1,000 square feet of upstairs living area (total of 3,500) for a two story house.
    (SECTIONS B, C, D, E, F)
  • Lots must be a minimum of 2.00 acres
  • No temporary structures
  • Once construction begins, it must be completed within 18 months
